Delete your Labu VPN account
How to request deletion
Send an email to nexustech8899@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Labu VPN account", from the email address your account is registered with. In-app one-tap deletion is coming to the apps as well.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, password hash)
- All registered devices and their keys
- Usage counters and referral data
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Payment records held by Google Play or our payment provider are kept by them under their own policies and legal requirements.
Before you delete
Deletion is permanent. Any remaining paid subscription time is lost (cancel your subscription in Google Play first to stop future charges).
