Privacy Policy
Labu VPN ("we", "us") provides a virtual private network service through our apps and the website labuvpn.com. Privacy is the reason our product exists, so this policy is written to be short and honest.
The most important part: no activity logs
We do not record, store, or share:
- the websites you visit or apps you use while connected;
- your DNS queries;
- the content of your traffic;
- per-connection logs of source IP, timestamps, or destinations.
What we do collect
- Email address — to create your account, let you sign in, and contact you about your account.
- Password — stored only as a secure hash; we cannot read it.
- Subscription status — whether your account has an active plan. Payments are processed by Google Play or our payment provider; we never see your card number.
- Device entries — a name, platform, and a cryptographic public key for each device you add, used to enforce your plan's device limit.
- Aggregate usage counters — total data transferred per device per month, as a single number, to prevent abuse and plan capacity.
Advertising (free plan only)
The free plan may show advertising. Ad providers may process device identifiers under their own policies. The paid plan contains no ads. Ads are never injected into your browsing traffic.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal data.
- We never share your data with third parties, except the payment/ad providers named above and cases required by applicable law — and because we keep no activity logs, there is no browsing history to hand over.
Data retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete Account. Deletion removes your account record, devices, and counters from our systems within 30 days.
Children
Labu VPN is not directed at children and is intended for users aged 18 and over.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app.
