Terms of Service
By creating a Labu VPN account or using our apps, you agree to these terms.
The service
Labu VPN provides encrypted VPN connectivity through servers we operate. We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees.
Acceptable use
You may not use Labu VPN to:
- break the law of your country or the country of the server you connect to;
- send spam, operate botnets, distribute malware, or attack networks (including DDoS);
- commit fraud, or access systems without authorization;
- distribute child sexual abuse material — this results in immediate termination and reporting where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Accounts & plans
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- Free and paid plans have device limits and feature differences shown at purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Google Play or your original payment channel.
- Refunds follow the store's refund policy where you purchased.
Fair use
Bandwidth is not artificially capped, but sustained extreme usage that degrades the service for others may be rate-limited.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
